The job is done. The paperwork is not.
The quote waits until you are back
You know the price standing in front of the job. It goes out two days later, after a night at the computer, by which time they have called someone else.
The photos are in your camera roll
Four hundred photos, no job attached to any of them. Proving what the pipework looked like before you touched it means scrolling by date and hoping.
The history is spread across five apps
A text here, a call you half remember, an email on the office computer. When the customer queries the invoice, none of it is in one place.
From site photo to accepted quote
Price it from your own rates
Materials, labour, margin and tax against your saved rate library. Put the plumber up to $145 an hour and every future job follows, with nothing to re-save.
Quotes accepted online
Email a secure link. The customer views the PDF and accepts with a tap. You get a push the moment they do, with a full audit trail of when they viewed it.
Talk instead of typing
Record the finding by voice with your hands still dirty. Transcription runs on the device — no cloud, no waiting, works with no signal.
One timeline per job
Calls, texts, emails, meetings and site visits logged against the job, not scattered across your phone. Pin the ones that matter to the top.
Straight into your accounting
Push the job contact to Xero, QuickBooks, FreshBooks or Zoho Books and raise a draft invoice from the job screen. No re-typing names, no duplicates.
One-handed on the iPhone
The companion app is built for capture while you are still holding a wrench. Tap arrive, shoot, note it, tap depart. It is all on the job when you open the iPad.
Sections built for plumbing work
Reports are built from blocks you drag into the order you want. These are the ones this work leans on most.

Questions
- Can I send a quote the customer accepts online?
- Yes, from the Solo tier up. The quote goes as a secure link, the customer views the PDF and accepts with a tap, and you are notified straight away. You can see when they opened it as well as when they accepted.
- Where do the prices come from?
- A rate library you set up once — labour rates and material rates saved against your company. A costing line names a rate and a quantity rather than a price, so raising a rate re-prices future work automatically.
- Does it invoice?
- It creates draft invoices in your accounting software rather than replacing it. Xero, QuickBooks, FreshBooks and Zoho Books connect on the Business tier; MYOB is in progress.
- Do I need the iPad, or will the phone do?
- Both, and they are meant to be used together. The iPhone companion is for capture on the tools; the iPad or Mac is where the report gets built. A Solo subscription covers one iPad or Mac plus one iPhone.
- What happens with no reception?
- Everything keeps working. Photos, notes, voice memos and the report itself are all editable offline, and sync when you are back in range.
